How to make a claim

- Follow any instructions provided regarding returns.
We recommend keeping a copy of any correspondence, and starting the process comfortably before day 60 rather than at the deadline.

The guarantee period runs for 60 days. If you are unsure whether your window starts from purchase or delivery, please ask support before you order and keep their reply. Note the date your parcel arrives so you always know where you stand.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
Returns
