Order processing
Orders for Moringa Leaf Complex are fulfilled by EZNaturals and processed securely through Digistore24. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and receipt.
Dispatch
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one to two business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination and by the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation. Where tracking is available for your selected method, tracking details are included in that email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Multi-bottle packages may qualify for reduced or free shipping — any applicable offer is shown on the checkout page.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact support as soon as possible — we can usually correct an address before dispatch, but not afterwards.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by carrier issues, customs processing on international orders, weather or public holidays. These are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support with your order number and we will help you trace it.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact support with your order number. Please keep any packaging, as carriers sometimes require it when investigating a claim.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
